These Terms & Conditions constitute a legal agreement between the company operating Betapp and each registered member. By creating an account or using any of our services, you are deemed to have accepted these terms.

Each individual may register only one account on Betapp. Creating multiple accounts under the same name, phone number, or from the same device is strictly prohibited.

You must provide accurate and truthful information when creating your account. Your name, address, and phone number must match your national ID. Providing incorrect details may cause issues when processing withdrawals later.

• Never share your account password with anyone.
• You are responsible for all activity that takes place on your account.
• Accounts may not be sold, transferred, or lent to another person.
• If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, contact Betapp Support immediately.

You must be at least 18 years old to register on Betapp. This platform is strictly off-limits to minors. Age is verified during registration and confirmed through identity documents as part of the KYC process.

If there is evidence that an account has been used by someone under 18, Betapp reserves the right to immediately close the account and confiscate the balance.

• The same offer cannot be claimed more than once.
• Bonus funds can only be used to place bets on bonus-eligible games.

• Arbitrage betting — placing opposing bets on the same event to guarantee a profit — is strictly prohibited.
• A short streaming delay may occur during live betting — this is completely normal.

• Each member can set their own daily or weekly deposit limits at any time.
• Self-exclusion is available for periods ranging from 24 hours up to 6 months.
